- The entrance is located at 7 Place du Fer à Cheval, just to the right of the bakery Le Cyprien.
- On the intercom, scroll through the arrows until you reach the name M Eric, then ring the bell.
- Take one of the two elevators or the stairs; it’s on the 6th floor.
- Head down the left corridor until you reach apartment 300.
- You will find a keybox on the door.
- To open the keybox, enter the code mentioned on the sheet above, then confirm by pressing the lock icon.
- Retrieve the keyring and close the keybox.
- The keyring consists of:
- The apartment key
- The vigik to enter the building from the street and the parking side
- The remote control to open the parking gate, which is waiting for you on the table.
Please note that the intercom is not in the apartment but at the end of a mobile phone; therefore, during your stay, if you ring the intercom, you are not ringing in the apartment, but on my phone. I kindly ask you not to ring the bell outside of your check-in day.
For Parking:
- The car entrance is via Rue Sainte-Lucie, next to the bakery Le Cyprien.
- Use the remote control to open the gate.
- Once in the basement, head up to the outdoor parking area and park in space 341. If that space is unfortunately taken, leave a note and park in another space. Note: due to the slope, the parking area is not suitable for low-sport cars.
To get to downtown Toulouse, I recommend taking the tram at the Fer à Cheval station at the foot of the building, or simply walking there.
